Hello and welcome to my new website.
Grantham Hypnotherapy and Caroline Hamblin Hypnotherapy have both expanded and evolved in recent years and I hope the information here demonstrates how psychotherapy and hypnotherapy can help you get ahead, whether personally, in sport or in business. Based in clinics both in Grantham, Lincolnshire and Syston, Leicestershire, I also offer freelance services to the corporate sector to include both mentoring and mindfulness training.
It’s a fast moving life these days. On average Britons work more than 48 hours a week and many of us expect that it’s a pace we should be able to keep up with. However mental illness is more common than you might think and as Time To Change – a website designed to end mental health discrimination points out:
1 in 6 British workers are affected by conditions like anxiety, depression and stress every year. This will be having a significant effect on your workplace and employees, but it can be improved.
But it’s a myth to think people with mental health problems can’t work.
It is vital to understand that they can and do work, and with the right knowledge and skills you can support your employees to stay well; saving you money and maintaining your productivity.
Good business sense
It makes sense to support employees who are struggling with mental health problems. Research shows that if supported, they will become more loyal, engaged and motivated, which can only be good for business.
